WELSH COTTAGE

This job within the Pembrokeshire National Park involved replacing a conservatory and flat roof dormer with a new extension, and replacing a tired garage with new build ancillary accommodation. The existing stone cottage was also renovated throughout. The property is used both by the owner’s extended family, and also very successfully let throughout the year. The project includes a privately positioned outdoor shower with possibly one of the best views in the UK!
